Monitor inventory levels and communicate with the sous chef or executive chef for ingredient requisitions. YOUR QUALIFICATIONS: Culinary degree or relevant culinary certification preferred. Previous experience as a Commis Chef or similar role within a professional kitchen. Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment related to the assigned station. Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality dishes. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Effective communication and teamwork skills.
