Hi! I’m Polina, CMO at Gracia. For the past two years, we’ve been building a technological platform for a completely new content medium — volumetric video. So far we have: • Raised $3.3M from top-tier funds, • Developed our own codec for spatial video, • Built a fully vertically integrated infrastructure — from capture and data transfer to editing tools and integrations, • (Yes, I did steal this sentence from our CTO’s job descriptions), • Completed several projects for major Big Tech companies and Hollywood studios (under NDA), • Reached $1.5M ARR and proved PMF in a B2C use case, • Built a network of partner studios in 15 countries, • Done all of this with a team of 23 people We still want to stay small, fast, and deeply involved — but right now we need more bright minds and talented hands. We’re looking for a person who will join my team and take over the hands-on development of Gracia’s marketing streams. Simply put: someone who will make sure the exact people we care about actually hear about Gracia and what we’re building. WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR Skills are listed by importance. You don’t need to have every single one, but the top three are absolutely critical. 1. Experience in tech PR or deeptech projects (non-negotiable) Before applying, please ask yourself: • Are you ready to dive into a very complex product fast?, • 3–5 years of experience working in tech or deeptech projects, • Proven ability to create clear, structured explanations and texts from scratch for complex technical topics 2. A genuine love for technology You’ll be learning something new every day — and explaining it clearly and confidently to very different audiences, including highly technical ones. 3. Experience with influencers and/or community-building We want to build or strengthen relationships with creators, bloggers, and niche media in our industry — each needs a tailored approach. Additionally: • Full-cycle ownership of influencer relations: sourcing/evaluating creators → negotiating terms → coordinating content → approving publications 4. Classic PR skills Press releases, media kits, agency work, outreach, analytics/reporting, yearly planning, PR angles, creative materials. Additionally: • Experience collaborating with PR agencies: briefing, managing deliverables, evaluating quality, aligning narratives 5. Desire and ability to work closely with the core technical team Our engineers always have something impressive to share — they just don’t always think of it as “news.” We need someone who can spot stories and help tell them. Big plus: • Experience interviewing engineers/technical teams for SMM/PR/community content and turning raw insights into structured stories WHAT YOUR TASKS WILL LOOK LIKE • Create posts for LinkedIn and X about major tech updates, releases, and features, • Build and maintain relationships with tech, VR/XR, and innovation journalists (primarily UK and US), • Manage our collaboration network: bloggers/creators/XR enthusiasts (news, demos, experiments), • Identify industry events/expos/conferences worth attending; help us show up the right way (positioning, messaging, materials), • Proactively generate collaboration ideas with brands/creators/production companies; reach out, pitch, and negotiate, • Work with our PR agency on milestones to secure tier-1 coverage and strengthen global presence, • Collaborate with dev and R&D to plan the content calendar: what to communicate, how, and when HOW WE WORK We have an office in London where we work 4 days a week with a 7-hour overlap. The marketing team is distributed, and we’re happy to work remotely — but it’s important to occasionally work together offline. You don’t need to live in London, but you should be able to visit and sync with the UK timezone. WHY GRACIA • Minimal formal processes (with all the pros and cons), • A highly motivated team that cares about each other, • Full ownership of streams — we trust each other’s expertise, • We genuinely believe we’re building something big and unique, • Our small marketing team creates unconventional ideas that quickly get adopted by other projects HOW TO APPLY Email me at with your CV/portfolio and your preferred contact (WhatsApp or Telegram works best). One last thing: I can’t promise to reply to absolutely everyone. If you don’t hear from me within a week, it likely means I’m not ready to move forward. If feedback is important — send one more message asking for it.
