🔵 Patient Booker – Endoscopy Department (On-Site) 📍 Shrewsbury Hospital 🕒 Full-Time | We are seeking an organised, patient-focused Patient Booker to join the Endoscopy team at Shrewsbury Hospital. This is an on site position supporting the smooth running of patient scheduling within a busy clinical environment. 🔑 Key Responsibilities • Manage and coordinate patient appointments for the Endoscopy department, • Liaise with clinical teams, admin teams, and patients to ensure efficient scheduling, • Deliver excellent patient communication and customer service, • Maintain accurate records and follow departmental procedures, • Support the wider Endoscopy team with administrative tasks as required ✅ Requirements • Must be on site at Shrewsbury Hospital (no remote working), • Experience in Endoscopy is essential either as a Patient Booker, Scheduler, or Healthcare Support Worker with exposure to endoscopy services, • Strong organisational and communication skills, • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities, • Confident using hospital IT systems training will be provided 📩 Apply now or contact us for more information!
