In particular, you'll provide a friendly, engaging and helpful service in our dining room and bar areas. ABOUT YOU You don't need any particular qualifications to join us as a Bank Hospitality Host, but experience in a similar setting would be ideal. Personable and caring, you'll take a genuine interest in our residents, engaging with them and their families on a regular basis. If that sounds like you, we'll give you every opportunity to develop your skills further with courses that are designed to give you confidence in all aspects of your role. Because you might be serving alcohol, you'll need to be over the age of 18.
