As a Pub Manager, you will ensure the smooth launch and running of the establishment; • Responsible for all daily operational aspects of the Red Shield • Maintain close control of wages and GP within budget • Provide excellent customer service, making every visitor’s experience remarkable and unique. • Ensure that the serving of food is timely, consistent, and to the highest possible standard. Hours: 48 hours per week, on a seven day rota to include weekends. Evenings and split shifts as required by the business.
