Our expertise cover the entire life cycle of our products from end-to-end; OEM Design, Engineering & Manufacturing, through to Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO).\n\nYour Role:\n\nThe Process Group Team Leader is a key role within our manufacturing operations where you'll work as part of a faced paced environment to lead a team, and processes, to achieve operational excellence.\n\nAs Process Group Team Leader you'll be accountable for driving production demand and schedules through the relevant Process Group departments, ensuring collaboration with site HSE requirements and wider Safran frameworks.\n\nKey responsibilities:\n\nLeading and being the key focal point for the relevant departments of ownership, and also the wider Process Group where required\nEnsure completion of risk assessment activities within the local departments of ownership\nTake actions to balance the supply plan with regard to work prioritisation and employee shift manning / training\nPrepare and present the Process Group departmental performance, including any associated improvement plans\nEnsure relevant department is suitably equipped with all assets required of the workforce, and ensure SAP adherence to both planning and ordering are paramount.\n\nEssential:\n\nDemonstrated experience in man management, decision making, coaching and conflict management.\nStrong HSE mindset in a previous manufacturing role.\n\nDesirable:\nPrior experience within a Process Group environment in a Manufacturing organization\nSystems proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)\n\nAt Safran, we understand that diversity and inclusion make teams stronger and more effective.\n\nWe also know that some candidates may be put off applying for jobs where they don't meet 100% of the criteria outlined in the advert, however, we encourage anybody to apply if you can demonstrate a variety of skills and experience relevant to the requirements of this role. \n\nPlease let us know if you would like to discuss any reasonable adjustments to the application or hiring process that may better facilitate your participation. \n\nIf you're ready to take your career to new heights and be part of a company that's crafting the future of flight, apply today
