Your responsibilities as a Recruitment Consultant: Sourcing candidates and guiding them through the recruitment process, creating a pipeline of qualified individuals for current or future job openings Staying informed about industry trends, providing market insight and manage expectations. Building relationships with clients, and generating new business through cold calling, and chasing leads Representing candidates to your clients, scheduling interviews, and providing feedback Ensuring a seamless recruitment process, and making successful placements for both the client and candidate What can you expect joining Reperio? Full autonomy to run your own niche IT recruitment desk, where you'll establish relationships with IT professionals and some of the hottest IT companies in Ireland. An indepth training and development programme which is tailored to you, focused on 1:1 training with our In-House Trainer. A competitive basic salary and an uncapped commission scheme, with totally unrestricted earnings (Year 1 total expected earnings of £30,000-£40,000+).
