Delivery Consultant | AI & High-Value Tech Recruitment | Candidate & Sourcing Specialist | £70k OTE, Uncapped \n \n\n • £30-35k base + Great company benefits\n, • Working for a Tech and AI Recruitment Consultancy\n, • Previously tech recruitment experience essential for success\n, • Hybrid working, office near London Bridge, work from home on Fridays\n\n \n We're hiring a Delivery Consultant to join our growing team at Prism Digital, a role focused entirely on candidate sourcing and process delivery for our existing clients in the tech space, with a particular focus on the growing AI market. \n \n Prism Digital is a boutique technology recruitment consultancy, established in 2012, partnering with startups, scale-ups and enterprise businesses to build high-performing teams across AI, Software, Data, DevOps, Cloud, Security, QA and Project Delivery. AI is where we're seeing the fastest growth and the highest-value placements, and it's the core focus of the desk you'd be joining. We're a tight-knit team of six based in London Bridge near Borough Market, working from a bright office with a rooftop and a collaborative, grown-up culture. \n \n This is a pure delivery role. You'll work closely with a Senior Account Manager, delivering on live roles across our key accounts on a 50/50 fee split. No new business and no account management to begin with. Your focus is sourcing, process and quality: finding and managing the best AI and tech talent in the market and keeping every search moving with pace. There's a clear path to grow into an Account Manager role, taking ownership of client relationships while continuing to lead on delivery, or even into a full 360 role over time if you enjoy the sales side. Equally, you can become our go-to delivery specialist. \n \n What You'll Be Doing \n\n • Working on live roles from existing clients alongside a Senior Account Manager, with AI and emerging-tech roles front and centre.\n, • Sourcing and qualifying top-tier tech candidates across perm and/or contract roles.\n, • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing through to placement.\n, • Collaborating with the account team and clients to ensure smooth, high-quality delivery.\n, • Keeping systems updated, sharing market intel, and flagging pipeline risks early.\n\n \n What We're Looking For \n\n • 2-4 years' experience in a tech recruitment role, ideally delivery or resourcing focused. You've got the fundamentals down and are ready to step up in a higher-performing environment.\n, • Agency experience is essential. This is a recruitment consultant role, not an internal or in-house talent background.\n, • Tech recruitment experience is a must, whether that's AI, Software, DevOps, Cloud or Data. Exposure to or genuine interest in the AI market is a real advantage.\n, • Comfortable working across multiple roles and verticals, often at speed.\n, • Strong sourcing: LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, CRM, referrals. You know your tools.\n, • Clear, confident communicator who can build trust with candidates and stakeholders.\n, • Organised, process-driven and calm under pressure.\n, • Commercially aware: you understand the urgency, quality and nuance that keep clients coming back.\n\n \n About You \n\n • You take pride in quality delivery, not just filling roles but making the right match.\n, • You like being part of a team and pulling together to hit shared goals.\n, • You're naturally curious, ask good questions, and don't shy away from challenges or coming up with ideas.\n, • You're positive, solutions-focused and resilient when things get difficult.\n, • You're ambitious and want to make money.\n\n \n What Makes Us Different? \n\n • We're betting on AI. If you think it is a strong commercial idea, we want to hear it.\n, • A fun but grown-up culture based on trust, accountability and working closely as a team.\n\n \n What This Role Can Become \n Clear progression depending on your ambitions: \n\n • A go-to senior delivery specialist and top individual contributor.\n, • An Account Manager owning and growing existing client relationships while leading delivery.\n, • A full 360 consultant with end-to-end client and candidate ownership.\n\n \n Base salary promotion targets are clearly defined, so you know exactly what unlocks the next step. \n \n The Following is on Offer \n\n • £30k to £35k base, depending on experience.\n, • Uncapped commission up to 25%, no threshold, no cost-of-desk deductions, non-accumulative.
