Manage internal and external review meetings to ensure the effective management of and ongoing development of all customer interactions\n\n•Responsibility for the production of management reports, project trackers etc as required by your interaction with the customer and as instructed/requested by the business\n\n•Production of any required internal reports to provide the necessary updates to the Head of Sales and to provide evidence of your performance against set objectives, sales targets, budgets etc\n\n•Regular customer meetings as required to meet the strategic account plan with formal minutes and actions published\n\n•Comply with, the Company’s quality management system; including quality policies, main aspects, impacts and procedures\n\n•Attend company training courses as required to ensure your level of competency and development is maintained\n\n•Liaison with the wider business to ensure opportunities are developed and maximised.\n\n•Support of the Group in the development of bids and tenders\n\nAbout You\n\n•Relevant Utility sector experience preferable but not essential.\n\nProven sales results performance and ability to demonstrate and adapt into a new industry\n\n•Excellent communication and presentation skills\n\n•Self-motivated but can equally function as part of a team\n\n•You possess initiative and excellent problem-solving skills\n\n•Excellent time management skills, working to deadlines and possessing the ability to prioritise tasks and objectives\n\n•You can take ownership and project manage specific opportunities preparing the necessary documentation, host conference calls and interact with key project stakeholders\n\n•You have an intermediary level understanding of Microsoft office and its key components and Sales CRM systems

With a strong reputation in the market and ambitious growth plans, they are investing heavily in their pre-construction and estimating capability. They are seeking a High Voltage Electrical Estimator to support the delivery of accurate, competitive, and technically robust estimates across 11kV–132kV projects. The Role This is a primarily remote position with minimal office travel, offering excellent flexibility. You'll play a key role in the estimating function, working closely with commercial and delivery teams while also supporting and mentoring junior estimators. Key Responsibilities • Produce and review cost estimates for HV projects (11kV–132kV), • Ensure compliance with DNO/IDNO standards and G81 requirements, • Support and develop junior members of the estimating team, • Prepare cost packs, margin approvals, and cashflow forecasts, • Contribute to bid strategy and attend tender meetings, • Review market rates and liaise with supply chain partners Experience Required, • Proven experience as an HV Estimator (ICP, DNO, or iDNO background preferred), • Strong HV knowledge (33kV minimum, ideally up to 132kV), • Good understanding of DNO/IDNO standards and G81, • Strong commercial awareness and cost control experience, • Ability to manage multiple tenders and deadlines Additional Information, • Remote-first role with just 2 office days per month, • Very occasional site visits (a few times per quarter)
