💼 Sales Manager – Managed Print & Document Solutions 📍 Epsom 💰 £60,000 – £70,000 + Uncapped OTE + Benefits Are you a high-performing sales leader with experience in Managed Print Services (MPS) or document solutions? Ready to take ownership of a growing team and drive revenue in a fast-moving, customer-focused business? We’re partnering with an established and ambitious Managed Print & Document Solutions provider in Epsom, looking to appoint a Sales Manager to lead from the front and accelerate growth. The Role As Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading, coaching, and developing a team of sales professionals while also contributing individually to revenue targets. This is a hands-on leadership role where strategy meets execution. You’ll play a key role in shaping the sales function, improving performance, and driving new business across SMB and mid-market clients. Key Responsibilities • Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team, • Drive new business acquisition within Managed Print and document solutions, • Set targets, monitor KPIs, and ensure consistent performance delivery, • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth, • Support complex deals and key client negotiations, • Work closely with senior leadership on forecasting and pipeline management, • Identify new market opportunities and partnerships What We’re Looking For • Proven experience in Managed Print Services (MPS), document solutions, or related industry, • Strong track record in sales leadership or team management, • Consistent overachievement against sales targets (both personally and as a leader), • Ability to coach, mentor, and inspire a team, • Commercially astute with strong negotiation skills, • Comfortable in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment What’s on Offer • Basic salary of £60,000 – £70,000, • Uncapped OTE (realistic and achievable), • Clear progression opportunities within a growing business, • Supportive leadership team and strong company culture Why Join?
