To ensure the safety of the passengers by reminding them to use the hand rail whilst on the tail lift. Ensure that all passengers seatbelts are properly secured. Ensuring that passengers are collected from home and arrive at the day centre on time. We’re looking for someone who can handle a busy grill, work well under pressure and become a reliable part of our team. The Role As a Grill Chef, you’ll be responsible for preparing and cooking our menu to the Please Sir! standard, with a particular focus on our signature smash burgers. Your responsibilities will include: • Cooking and smashing burgers on the grill to specification, • Preparing and cooking other menu items and sides, • Following recipes, portion sizes and presentation standards, • Managing multiple orders during busy service, • Preparing and maintaining your station before, during and after service, • Completing food preparation and stock rotation, • Maintaining excellent food hygiene and cleanliness standards, • Monitoring stock levels and communicating shortages, • Following allergen and food safety procedures, • Working closely with the kitchen and front-of-house team to keep service running smoothly, • Cleaning down equipment and kitchen areas at the end of service Who We’re Looking For Experience working on a grill or in a fast-paced kitchen is preferred, but attitude is just as important to us as experience.
