Overview: We’re seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant or a Recruitment Consultant, dependant on experience. This role is perfect for a driven, 360 recruiter who excels at managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, from business development through to successful candidate placement. Key Responsibilities: • Run a full 360 recruitment desk: generate new business, manage client accounts, source and place candidates., • Proactively identify and secure new clients through outreach, networking, and relationship-building., • Understand client hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions., • Attend networking events and develop deep client relationships, • Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure the best fit for each role., • Manage the offer process, including negotiations and onboarding., • Track activity and results using CRM/ATS systems and meet set KPIs.
