Qualifications： - Proven experience in an IT management role or similar position. - Strong knowledge of ITIL principles and practices. - Proficiency in server management and network administration. - Familiarity with AWS cloud services is advantageous. - Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on information security. - Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead a team effectively. - Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. - Relevant certifications in IT management or networking are desirable.
