This role with be based on a £100m+ project near Coventry.\n\nHealth & Safety Advisor Roles and Responsibilities\n\nProviding proactive SHW leadership on the Walsgrave highways project, ensuring safe, healthy and compliant site operations.\nActing as the site's SHW lead, advising and supporting operational teams and driving consistent standards.\nLeading site inductions, daily SHW engagement, inspections and behavioural observations.\nManaging incident investigations, root cause analysis and embedding lessons learned.\nMonitoring SHW performance, maintaining dashboards and ensuring accurate reporting, including HART submissions.\nSupporting audits, assurance reviews and SHW communication campaigns across the project.Health & Safety Advisor Requirements\n\nExperience working in a SHW role within civil engineering, rail or highways infrastructure.\nExperience supporting or managing SHW across multiple or complex sites.\nStrong understanding of SHW challenges in major infrastructure projects.\nProven experience in incident investigation, audit processes and delivering compliance outcomes.\nFamiliarity with ISO45001, ISO14001 and ISO9001 requirements.\nAbility to analyse SHW performance data and maintain reporting dashboards.\nAn established network within client and contractor SHW communities (desirable).\nNEBOSH General Certificate (minimum)\nNEBOSH Diploma or equivalent (desired)\nMembership of IOSH or working toward Chartered status\nEvidence of continued professional development in SHW and leadership\nSEATS (Safety, Environmental Awareness Training Scheme)\nMental Health First Aid (preferred)\nAdditional wellbeing, environmental or quality related qualifications (desirable)\nUK driving licenceHealth & Safety Advisor Benefits\n\nSalary £40,000 - £55,000\nBased near Coventry\nCompany Car scheme\nPrivate Healthcare\nPension\nLife Assurance cover\n25 days Annual Leave (and a day off for your birthday)\nHybrid working where possible\nEnhanced Paternity & Maternity packageIf you are interested in this Health & Safety Advisor role, please apply or contact Jack Brown at PSR Solutions
