Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and contributing to our overall growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches and proposals to potential clients. Negotiate contracts and close sales deals in alignment with company goals. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met effectively. Track and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions. Requirements:
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role (B2B experience preferred). Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
