Title: Structural Engineer Location: Liverpool About The Role • Undertaking detailed structural analysis and design using Eurocodes and UK standards, • Producing calculations, technical reports and detailed design drawings, • Designing structures in steel, concrete, masonry, timber and composite materials, • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams including architects, civil engineers and clients, • Supporting project delivery from feasibility through to construction, • Attending site visits and design team meetings Essential: • Bachelors or Masters degree in Structural Engineering or Civil Engineering with structural focus, • 3+ years experience within a UK structural engineering consultancy environment, • Strong understanding of structural principles and UK design standards (Eurocodes), • Competency in structural analysis and design of concrete, steel, timber and masonry solutions, • Proficiency with design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Tekla Structural Designer), • Excellent communication, organisation skills and ability to work collaboratively, • Working towards or achieved chartered status (IStructE / ICE), • Experience with BIM processes and 3D modelling They are a leading UK structural and civil engineering consultancy with over 40 years experience delivering high-quality, innovative and cost-effective engineering solutions across a wide range of sectors including residential, commercial, education, industrial, defence and nuclear.
