Graphic Designer Salary: Up to £40,000 Location: Hybrid, 1 day per week working from home Type: Full time The role We are recruiting an exceptional Graphic Designer to join a fast growing and ambitious eCommerce business. This role is ideal for someone who genuinely loves design, thrives in a high pace environment and is confident receiving feedback and adapting quickly. You will play a key role in shaping how the brand is presented across digital channels, particularly within eCommerce. This is not a production only position. We are looking for a proactive designer who brings ideas forward, understands commercial impact and is motivated by progression into a future creative leadership role. Key responsibilities • Design high quality creative assets across eCommerce, digital marketing and brand channels, • Produce engaging content for websites, landing pages, email campaigns and paid media, • Collaborate closely with eCommerce, marketing and leadership teams, • Use AI tools to improve workflows, ideation and creative output, • Translate briefs into polished, conversion focused designs, • Iterate designs based on performance data and feedback, • Maintain brand consistency while pushing creative boundaries About you • A strong designer with a compelling commercial portfolio, • Proven experience with Photoshop and the Adobe Creative Suite, • Background in eCommerce or performance led environments, • Comfortable with change, feedback and iteration, • Proactive, energetic and self motivated, • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast moving environment, • Strong eye for layout, typography, colour and visual storytelling, • Clear communicator who works well with non design stakeholders AI and innovation • Actively uses AI tools as part of the creative process, • Curious about emerging technologies and new creative approaches, • Comfortable experimenting and evolving design workflows Nice to have • Experience with Shopify or other eCommerce platforms, • Motion, animation or video editing skills, • Understanding of CRO and performance driven design, • Experience mentoring or supporting junior designers Progression This role offers a clear pathway into a Head of Design or Creative Leadership position as the business continues to grow.
