Judopay is a new-age payments platform. We build and design the technology that enables payments for brands like KFC, Hiscox, Foxtons and AutoCab. You’ll be joining the company at a pivotal time in our growth as we expand our payment offering over the next 12 months. Focusing on reducing complexity across the entire payment chain, you’ll help some of the UK’s leading brands launch new payment products, reduce fraud and identify innovative ways for them to tackle business challenges through their in-app, online and face-to-face payments. We are seeking a passionate Senior Backend Scala Developer to join our API Team. Your primary objective is to support and expand our new "Shodan" payment platform. This is built almost entirely in Scala, based on a microservices architecture and with a design inspired by the Reactive Manifesto. The Position We are seeking an earned first mid- senior creative to help to inspire creativity at Freuds. Our creatives consistently push boundaries and deliver culturally relevant campaigns that deliver earned buzz and measurable impact for both consumer brand and corporate clients which include Nike, KFC and Danone. You will be a creative catalyst that champions innovative ideation, ensure creative excellence and craft in responding to briefs and have the gravitas, expertise and ability to influence at all levels. With the ability to unlock revenue through ideas with overall responsibility to ensure that smart creative ideation is delivered on accounts and flawlessly manage creative projects from start to finish. Responsibilities: • Able to read and dissect briefs, and identify the need for creative strategy in RFPs and for retained clients, • Deliver outstanding and original creative ideas for any client sector, across any agency brief., • Able to present ideas in a compelling way both internally and with external clients as required, • Support the team to manage the proposal development process and ensure timely proposal completion, • Build an understanding of the wider macro context around projects and clients, • Contribute to creating and developing integrated strategies for our clients including culturally relevant reactive ideas., • Provide strategic rigour by ensuring the message is clearly explained and executed, • Use strong insight-led research skills and are able to distil findings and relay back as clear and succinct recommendations, • Work collaboratively with the campaign teams to ensure the creative strategy is consistent in the campaign delivery, • Ensure proposals, supporting materials and client-facing documents are accurate for grammar, style, continuity, and content, • Lead creative brainstorming sessions, using insights and data to support creative ideas, • Embrace our cornerstones of Love & Work, which require a passion for what we do and an ability to persevere.
