Senior Associate - Risk (Risk Analyst)\n\nđ London (Fully Office-Based)\n đ° ÂŁ27,500 per annum\n\nWe are currently seeking a Senior Associate - Risk to join a growing Risk function in London. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with exposure to operational and credit risk who is looking to develop their career within a dynamic banking environment.\n\nThe Role\n\nYou will support both Operational Risk and Credit Risk teams in analysing risk data, producing management information (MI), and assisting in the development of risk mitigation strategies. This is a broad, hands-on role offering exposure to key risk frameworks, reporting, and governance processes.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nCredit Risk\n\nSupport Credit Risk Managers in producing MI for internal committees\nAssist in analysing credit risk data and supporting reporting requirements\n\nOperational Risk\n\nAssist in the development and reporting of the Bank's risk appetite framework in line with UK regulatory requirements\nSupport the preparation of risk reporting including MI, parent reporting, and committee packs\nAssist with Near Miss / Loss data tracking and Key Indicator (KI) reporting\nContribute to monthly and quarterly risk reporting cycles\nTake minutes for Risk Management Committee meetings, track actions, and ensure timely circulation\nSupport audit-related activities and ensure follow-up actions are completed\nAssist in reviewing and maintaining risk policies and procedures\nHelp ensure the effectiveness of risk governance and committee structures\n\nKey Stakeholders\n\nWork closely with teams across the London office\nEngage with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation\n\nAbout You\n\nBasic understanding of UK banking regulations and risk frameworks\nPrevious exposure to operational risk and/or credit risk is desirable\nStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across teams\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nProactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently\nStrong analytical mindset with the ability to anticipate and assess risk\nProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)\n\nWhat's on Offer\n\nSalary of ÂŁ27,500 per annum\nOpportunity to gain broad exposure across Operational and Credit Risk\nExcellent platform for career development within Risk\nFull-time, office-based role in London
