WE ARE HIRING – HEAD CHEF FOR STEAKHOUSE AVA STEAKHOUSE Ava Steakhouse is looking for an experienced, passionate and talented Steak Chef to join our kitchen team. We are looking for a chef with a strong background in high-end restaurants, excellent knowledge of premium cuts of meat and the ability to deliver consistently high-quality steak dishes. Requirements • Minimum 5 years’ experience working in high-end restaurants., • Strong experience in steak preparation and cooking., • Excellent knowledge of premium cuts of beef and cooking techniques., • High standards of food quality, presentation and hygiene., • Ability to work under pressure in a busy restaurant environment., • Professional attitude, reliability and strong teamwork skills., • Ability to design innovative menus using seasonal and high-quality ingredients, • Stock control Full knowledge, • Minimum 2 professional references required.
