Job Responsibilities: - Daily operations of the restaurant and shisha lounge, ensuring exceptional service and a welcoming atmosphere for guests. - Oversee waiter and kitchen staff to ensure compliance with food quality, health and safety regulations, and performance standards. - Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance service efficiency. - Monitor inventory levels of food, beverages, and supplies, placing orders as necessary to maintain optimal stock levels. - Plan and coordinate special events, promotions, and themed nights to enhance customer engagement and increase revenue. - Handle inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. - Conduct staff trainings. Job Description: As a Shawarma Chef, you will be responsible for the preparation, cooking, and presentation of our signature shawarma dishes, as well as other Middle Eastern specialties.
