Location: Northenden Salary: £32,000-£42,000 Contract: Full-time | Term Time About the Role We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Primary Teacher to join a specialist SEND school in the Northenden area, supporting pupils across KS1 and KS2 with a range of additional needs including ASD, SEMH, communication and learning needs. You'll deliver personalised, engaging learning that enables every pupil to achieve meaningful progress, while creating a safe, nurturing and structured classroom environment. Working alongside support staff, therapists and families, you'll play a key role in helping pupils develop academically, socially and emotionally, preparing them for successful transition into secondary education. Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver personalised lessons tailored to EHCP outcomes and individual learning needs. Teach a broad primary curriculum with a focus on phonics, reading, writing and maths. Create an inclusive, structured classroom that supports communication, emotional regulation and independence. Monitor, assess and record pupil progress, contributing to EHCP reviews and annual reviews. Develop and review Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
