We are currently looking for a Chef de Partie to join our team. Our hotel is on the edge of the historic Windsor Great Park, surrounded by 40 acres of lush greenery and a serene lake. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES ✅ Adheres to all Food Safety management principles. ✅ Ensures that all health and safety practises are continually maintained and reported., that all documentation is correctly filled in and recorded ✅ Ensures that all standards in production of food items within the departments are maintained and consistent. This can be assisted through effective training of other employees ✅ Works along side of the Sous Chef to achieve financial and quality goals ✅ Leads from the front and does not shirk their responsibility ✅ Manages and trains the junior staff ✅ Prepares, cooks, serves and stores the following dishes: ✅ Assist with the planning, ordering or production of food items pertaining to the respective section(s) of the food and beverage outlet or kitchen. ✅ Prepare meals in accordance with portion and quality standards.

*Please note, this role requires 2+ years in specialty coffee* About Lane Eight Coffee: We offer high-end coffee in a tranquil space - our aim is to give people a moment of calm away from busy life in the city We’re looking for a friendly, passionate and experienced coffee professional to join our small team at our Clapham Common espresso bar as Head Barista. The Role: - You will take ownership of our coffee offering at L8, from processes behind the bar, to recipes, to choosing guest filter coffees. - We currently serve a simple espresso menu alongside a rotating batch brew (recent guest features include Cloud Picker, Obadiah and April). - Our espresso is a seasonal exclusive coffee roasted by Red Bank Coffee in the Lake District. - 37.5hrs per week - Weekends & Weekdays (we require availability most weekends). - Starting annual salary of £32k - We use a custom LM KB90 ABR and Mahlkonig E80 so experience with these is preferable but not essential! - We are open 7 days a week and our opening hours are 7am-3pm Mon-Fri, 8am-4pm Sat & Sun.
