The candidate must hold a natural creative flair with a strong visual approach to problem solving and be able to build a leading brand and work well in a fast-paced environment. A keen interest in the AI and technology realm is desired. \n\n The role will oversee the daily operations of our in-house (or agency) creative team x10. This role is critical in ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest creative standard. Youll collaborate with designers, copywriters, producers, and cross-functional stakeholders to bring ideas to life across digital, print, video, and experiential platforms. \n\n Oversee the design process from concept to brand development, implementing a seamless creative process, right through to project completion \n Monitor and uphold creative quality and consistency across all output, in line with brand guidelines \n Serve as the business partner between the creative team and internal/external clients, translating briefs into actionable tasks \n Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment \n Bring the Synechron brand to life across a range of media, including website, communications, social media, physical spaces, digital. Form ideas that push beyond the required - stay current with the latest design trends and incorporating them into all projects, with an interest in AI and the future of design \n\n A visionary design thinker with a strong understanding of branding \n Minimum 5+ years of experience in a Creative Lead role ideally within a design, advertising, or marketing environment \n Proven experience managing creative teams and workflows \n Mac proficient user with experience across industry standard software - Adobe CS (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, AfterEffects). Also proficient with Microsoft tools PPT and Excel.
