Office Co-ordinator (Part-Time Job Share) Location: City of London - Cheapside/Bank Salary: £30,000–£35,000 Full Time Equivalent per annum (dependent on experience), Hours: Part-time, office-based – Monday & Tuesday, 8:30am–5:30pm DENTON (established in 1996) is a Design & Build company specialising in the design and fit-out of high-quality office spaces. We are currently seeking a part-time Office Co-ordinator to join our team on a job-share basis. This role is to be shared with another part-time colleague and therefore requires excellent communication, organisation, and structured weekly handovers to ensure continuity and the smooth day-to-day running of the office. The Role This position plays a key role in supporting the efficient operation of the office and providing administrative support to all teams across the business. As a job-share role, you will work closely with your counterpart to ensure tasks are completed seamlessly across the week, with clear documentation and weekly handovers where required. Key Responsibilities • Answering and directing incoming calls, • Front-of-house duties, including welcoming visitors and managing meeting rooms, • Diary management for meeting rooms and selected Directors, • Enforcing housekeeping policies and maintaining the overall appearance of the office, • Providing general administrative support across all departments, • Data entry and administration relating to supplier onboarding and insurance renewals, • Booking travel and accommodation, • Ordering office supplies and online project purchases., • Facilitating and accurate record keeping of company credit card expenditure, including collating expenses receipts., • Scanning and filing, • Acting as Fire Marshal and First Aider (training provided), • Booking couriers, • Liaising with building management regarding maintenance and repairs, • Assisting with the organisation of company events, • Assisting the management of access cards and office security processes About You The successful candidate will demonstrate: • Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail, • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, • A proactive, collaborative approach, with the ability to work effectively in a job-share partnership, • Strong interpersonal skills, able to engage confidently with employees, clients, and contractors at all levels, • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage competing priorities, • At least 1 year’s experience in a similar Office Co-ordinator, Administrator, or PA role What We Offer • Competitive salary of £30,000–£35,000 Full Time Equivalent (dependent on experience), • Supported personal development and training., • Pro-rata annual leave of 11.5 days, inclusive of Bank Holidays (28 days FTE), • Plus your birthday and any working days during the Christmas and New Year office closure, • Increased annual leave with long service, • Auto-enrolment pension scheme Equality, Diversity & Inclusion Denton Associates is an equal opportunities employer committed to encouraging equality, diversity, and inclusion.
