Your role will be a varied one, but typical responsibilities include the following: Making an active contribution to their four pillars (People; Clients & Growth; Operations; and Technical Excellence) and supporting the Leads in these roles. Supporting Project Managers and Directors in the preparation of bids, fee proposals and project programmes. Attending internal and external technical knowledge sharing events. Process Engineer - Bioprocess Development We are seeking a Process Engineer to join an innovative and fast-growing biotechnology business developing next-generation bioprocesses. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in scaling up novel fermentation and tissue engineering processes, supporting the transition from R&D through pilot-scale development and towards commercial manufacture. Working within a multidisciplinary team, you will contribute to bioprocess design, process optimisation, scale-up activities and experimental programmes, helping to maximise process performance and product yield. The role offers exposure to cutting-edge technology and the opportunity to make a real impact within a highly collaborative environment Key Responsibilities Support the development and scale-up of fermentation and bioprocessing technologies. Translate R&D concepts into practical engineering solutions for pilot and commercial applications. Design, execute and analyse process development experiments. Knowledge of downstream processing or separation technologies.
