Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock control, ensuring that all ingredients are fresh and available as required. Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards, maintaining a clean and organized work area at all times. Assist in implementing cost control measures to minimize waste and maximize efficiency. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving kitchen processes and food quality. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper handling and storage of food products. Assist the Sous Chef or Head Chef in day-to-day duties.
