As the first point of contact for the site, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the premises while delivering exceptional customer service. This is a unique role that requires a high level of emotional intelligence. You will be interacting daily with a diverse range of visitors from around the world, many of whom have varying degrees of English proficiency. Key Responsibilities • Access Control & Gatehouse Management: Monitor and authorize the entry and departure of employees, visitors, and delivery vehicles at a high-traffic gatehouse., • Front of House Duties: Act as the welcoming face of the site, communicating effectively with international drivers and visitors who may have limited English., • Compassionate Support: Provide a reassuring, patient, and supportive presence for the client’s staff, maintaining an environment that minimizes stress and anxiety., • Emergency Response: Act as a designated first responder on-site, handling any medical or security emergencies calmly and professionally., • Traffic Marshalling: Assist with the safe movement of vehicles on-site (Banksman training will be provided).
