Key Responsibilities: * Undertake comprehensive Care Act assessments and statutory reviews * Apply eligibility criteria confidently and lawfully * Manage a complex caseload with autonomy and accountability * Complete Mental Capacity Assessments and coordinate Best Interest Decisions * Lead and manage safeguarding enquiries in line with statutory duties * Work within the Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards framework * Produce high-quality, analytical, and evidence-based reports * Work collaboratively with health colleagues and multi-agency partners * Maintain accurate, timely, and defensible case recording The successful candidate will be a confident Qualified Social Worker with Social Work England registration and strong working knowledge of the Care Act, Mental Capacity Act, safeguarding procedures, and DoLS. You will be organised, resilient, and capable of making sound professional judgments in complex situations.
