Sales Executive - Mercedes-Benz of Salisbury An opportunity has arisen to join us as a Sales Executive at our Salisbury dealership. Applicants will need to have a passion for sales and excellent face-to-face customer care skills. We are looking for candidates who are currently top performers and candidates will be expected to discuss and demonstrate at interview your ability in this area. Duties will include: • Assisting customers in finding their desired vehicle via the Mercedes-Benz online showroom, • Contacting interested parties and customers by telephone and in writing to generate Sales Leads., • Conducting face-to-face meetings and presenting the Mercedes-Benz range., • Informing and advising visitors on Mercedes-Benz vehicles, equipment, prices, conditions, technical data and other information, • Evaluating used cars and conducting appraisals of customers vehicle., • Assessing the condition of Trade Ins and ensuring all defects /damage reported and recorded prior to a Part Exchange price being agreed., • Organising and carrying out test-drives and evaluate results., • Involvement in sales events. Applicants will be expected to be immaculately attired as is befitting the Mercedes brand, must hold a full driving licence and have the right to work UK. The showroom is open from 8.00- 18.30 Monday to Friday, 9:00 17:00 Saturday and 10:00 16:00 Sunday. Weekend work on a rota basis will be required however; a 5-day week will be worked.41 hours per week Applicants must hold a full driving licence. About the role Mercedes-Benz of Newcastle is looking for a punctual and enthusiastic Parts Driver to join our fantastic team! As a Parts Driver, you should share your passion for our brand every day and immerse customers in the world of Mercedes-Benz. You will collect and deliver parts to our customers' business, providing friendly and attentive service at all times. You will ensure that we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of customer service; take the time to build a genuine rapport with them to ensure excellent service from Mercedes-Benz is achieved even if they're not visiting our Dealership. This is a full-time role to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service. About You Ideally, you will have previous experience working with a premium brand and an understanding of the automotive industry, however, this is not essential. You should have excellent attention to detail as you will checking over each vehicle to ensure your safety when driving, as well as identifying any blemishes or damage on the vehicle. Organisation skills are paramount in this role, as you will be responsible for planning multiple drops with efficiency in mind at all times.
