Learning and Development Manager Buckinghamshire - daily £60K-£70K Basic Salary This is an opportunity to join a highly respected and well-established, growing organisation as a Learning and Development Manager, playing a pivotal role in shaping the future capability of the business. Responsibilities • Develop and implement a company-wide Learning & Development strategy aligned to business goals, • Conduct training needs analysis to identify skills gaps and future capability requirements, • Design and deliver blended learning programmes, including workshops, digital learning, and coaching, • Build structured learning pathways across technical, leadership, and behavioural areas, • Manage and optimise the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring strong engagement and accurate reporting, • Track and evaluate learning effectiveness using data and performance metrics, • Manage the L&D budget, including forecasting and supplier spend, • Source and manage external training providers and partnerships, • Produce insights and reporting for senior leadership to inform decision-making, • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to embed a culture of continuous development, • Lead and develop a small training administration team Qualifications • Degree (or equivalent experience), • CIPD L&D qualification (or equivalent) preferred Skills • Strong understanding of learning strategy and organisational development, • Ability to design and deliver blended learning solutions, • Confident using data to evaluate and improve learning outcomes, • Experience managing LMS platforms and learning technologies, • Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, • Budget management and supplier oversight experience, • Advanced use of Microsoft Office and reporting tools Experience • Proven experience in an L&D leadership or management role, • Experience designing competency frameworks and structured learning pathways, • Strong experience delivering blended learning solutions, • Experience managing learning systems and compliance requirements, • Knowledge of digital learning tools (e.g. Articulate, Captivate) is desirable Blue Eskimo is the leading provider of specialist recruitment for the Learning and Development, e-learning and Training sectors.
