An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Chef de Partie to join the team at Gordon Ramsay Bar & Grill - Mayfair , part of Gordon Ramsay Restaurants. Gordon Ramsay Bar & Grill Mayfair is an all-day dining restaurant in the heart of Mayfair in London. Taking inspiration from American grills Steakhouse, Gordon Ramsay Bar & Grill offers a menu that delivers on flavour -with signature prime cuts of rare breed steaks in a relaxed and fun atmosphere. What you do as a Chef de Partie : Expected to run a section, taking responsibility for the effective execution of all dishes in the section and ensuring consistent presentation and customer satisfaction. Be able to develop the more junior members of the brigade, taking pride in passing on knowledge and effectively supervising the chefs.
