    Join a friendly, customer-focused pub team and help create a welcoming, enjoyable and safe environment for every customer. Previous hospitality experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training can be provided. Key responsibilities • Welcome customers professionally and provide excellent service., • Take orders accurately and prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to company standards., • Operate the EPOS/till system and process cash, card and other approved payments correctly., • Follow procedures for discounts, refunds and voids, and report any discrepancies to management., • Keep the bar, customer areas, tables and workstations clean, organised and well maintained., • Restock bars, fridges and service areas, assist with deliveries, and follow stock rotation procedures., • Minimise waste, report breakages and stock issues, and support stock control activities., • Follow licensing, Challenge 25, health and safety, fire safety and food hygiene procedures., • Report incidents, hazards, maintenance concerns and cleanliness issues promptly., • Work positively with management and bar, floor, kitchen and security teams, particularly during busy periods., • Arrive on time, attend required training and communicate clearly about availability or absence.     We are looking for an Experienced Cake Decorator to join our patisserie team in Park Royal NW10. As a Cake Decorator, you will be adding the finishing touches to our cakes .You will be working towards producing the highest-quality baked goods. We are currently growing the business and are looking for hardworking and vibrant Cake Decorator to join our growing team. Day shift: 7am- 4/5pm, Full time 5-6 days/week Responsibilities: • Able to follow instructions and be able to bake, mix and decorate a range of items. (including Icing / Sugar, Cream Cakes etc.), • Preparing mixes and frostings, • Attention to detail and working to deadlines are equally important for this role., • Stock rotation and general kitchen duties. Role Overview We are looking for a passionate, reliable and hardworking Chef to deliver high-quality food while maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness, food safety and kitchen organisation. You will play a key role in ensuring every guest receives a consistently excellent dining experience. Key Responsibilities • Prepare, cook and present dishes to company specifications., • Maintain consistently high standards of food quality and presentation., • Ensure all food is prepared safely and in accordance with food hygiene regulations., • Manage stock effectively, including ordering, rotation and minimising waste., • Monitor portion control to maximise GP while maintaining quality., • Keep the kitchen clean, organised and fully compliant at all times., • Complete all daily, weekly and monthly food safety documentation., • Work efficiently during busy service periods while maintaining quality., • Support the development of seasonal menus and specials where required., • Ensure all equipment is cleaned, maintained and reported if faulty., • Work closely with front-of-house teams to deliver outstanding customer service., • Train and support junior kitchen team members where appropriate., • Follow all company policies, health & safety procedures and allergen legislation.
