The Role As a Kitchen Team Member, you’ll play a vital part in keeping our kitchen running smoothly. Key Responsibilities ● Prepare ingredients by washing, peeling, chopping, slicing, dicing, and measuring. ● Marinate and pre-cook proteins and other ingredients as needed. ● Follow recipes and portion guidelines to ensure quality and consistency. ● Keep your workstation clean and sanitary, and maintain hygiene across the kitchen. ● Label, date, and store ingredients safely, in line with food safety regulations. ● Follow allergen protocols and report any food safety concerns. ● Help with inventory checks, restocking, and organising supplies (heavy lifting may be required). ● Work closely with your team to keep service running smoothly. ● Support improvements in recipe execution and kitchen efficiency. About You We’re looking for someone who is: ● Experienced in kitchen or food preparation (essential). ● Knowledgeable about UK food hygiene and health & safety practices. ● Friendly, approachable, and a strong communicator. Summary of position & key attributes Our Floor Team is key to the execution of our competitive socializing experience and the Food & Beverage delivery in a fast paced exciting environment. You will work closely with the kitchen and bar team to deliver exceptional standards of service. We are looking for highly motivated servers that have a desire to be trained and upskill themselves, or even become future leaders of our business. You will be provided extensive training and be expected to achieve execution criteria and consistency. Day to day duties will involve preparation for general service, setting up for private events, execution during service hours and maintaining the high hygiene and safety policies. We are looking for a self-driven individual that strives for excellence. Ideally with some experience in the hospitality industry. The right candidate will be passionate and always strive to exceed expectations in knowledge and capabilities. This role will be required to work flexibly to meet the needs of the business, including weekend and late night working.
