The Role As Bakery Manager, you’ll oversee the daily running of our busy cake shop and production kitchen. You’ll ensure every product meets our high standards, lead and motivate the team, and deliver an exceptional experience to our loyal customers. Key Responsibilities: • Manage and inspire a team of bakers, decorators, and front-of-house staff. • Plan and organise daily production schedules. • Maintain excellent product quality and presentation. • Ensure all food hygiene, health & safety, and company policies are followed. • Monitor stock levels and place supplier orders as needed. • Train, support, and develop team members. • Handle customer enquiries and resolve any issues professionally. • Collaborate with the owner/management on new ideas, promotions, and growth opportunities.
