The Role This is a hands-on position offering genuine ownership, where you will significantly contribute to the overall flow and success of the restaurant. Your key responsibilities will include: • Providing warm, attentive, and professional service to every guest., • Confidently taking orders, serving food and beverages, and efficiently managing payments., • Preparing coffees and other hot drinks to a consistent, high standard., • Maintaining a clean, organised, and impeccably presented environment at all times., • Assisting with dishwashing and ensuring operational cleanliness., • Independently managing the floor while collaborating closely with the kitchen team. This role is ideal for someone who values structure, proactively takes initiative, and is comfortable being involved in all aspects of service. Your Profile • Previous experience in a quality cafe or restaurant environment is preferred., • Barista skills are a must!, • Possess a strong sense of responsibility and keen attention to detail., • Comfortable working autonomously and adept at managing priorities., • Naturally professional, composed, and guest-focused., • Exhibits a positive attitude and a strong team mindset., • Reliable, consistent, and well-presented., • Management experience is a definite plus.
