About the Role: As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a pivotal role in supporting children and young people aged 8–18 in a nurturing, homely environment. You will lead by example, providing high-quality, person-centred care while supporting the wider team to ensure the emotional, physical, and social development of each child. - Key Responsibilities: Lead and support a team of support workers to deliver outstanding care. Develop and maintain individual care plans tailored to each child’s needs. Ensure safeguarding practices are strictly adhered to. Assist in the day-to-day running of the home and ensure a safe and positive environment. Promote independence, inclusion, and positive outcomes for the children. Liaise with social workers, families, and external professionals. Administer medication and ensure accurate record keeping. - Requirements: Minimum Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent). At least 2 years' experience working in a children’s residential or supported living setting. Experience in a senior or supervisory role is desirable. Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills. Knowledge of safeguarding, risk assessments, and care planning.
Tasks required by this job include: · Prepare digital files for printing using software like Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, or Photoshop. · Perform colour correction, proofing, and platemaking for offset printing. · Ensure files meet print specifications (bleed, resolution, etc.). · Operate and maintain digital and offset printing presses (e.g., Xerox, Heidelberg, HP Indigo). · Monitor print quality, adjust ink levels, and troubleshoot mechanical issues. · Follow job orders to ensure correct paper stock, colours, and quantities. Requirements: · Perform cutting, folding, stapling, laminating, and binding (saddle stitch, perfect binding, etc.). · Operate finishing equipment (guillotine cutters, collators, etc.).it is essential that you have great self-management abilities. · Inspect printed materials for defects and ensure consistency. · Maintain colour accuracy and alignment standards. · Clean and perform routine maintenance on printers and finishing machines. · Report major malfunctions to supervisors. · Monitor ink, paper, and other supply levels. · Assist with ordering materials as needed. · Follow workplace safety protocols (handling chemicals, operating machinery). · Adhere to copyright and confidentiality policies for sensitive materials.

The Role: Reporting to the Directors, the Domiciliary registered Manager will strive to maintain a high-quality care service throughout the care provision. You will: · Manage the effective recruitment, induction and training of care staff. · Manage the day to day running of the business and acting as the person-in-charge reporting to the directors · Identify opportunities for growth and development and working with the Director to achieve targets and deliver within budget. · Develop and manage relationships with clients, NHS, local authority, customers and their families. · Ensure that effective induction, supervision and assessment of staff is carried out and that training needs are identified and met. · Ensure the delivery of services are effective and efficient, ensure good and safe practices take place for all activities, and ensure all services are reviewed and improved on a regular basis. · Ensure the service is and stays compliant with CQC requirements. Experienced: Minimum of 15 plus years’ experience managing a team within a similar role is essential, ideally within a domiciliary care and other related services. Must have experience in bidding for CCGs & domiciliary care packages Qualified driver: Hold a clean driving licence Ensure the provision of high-quality care to the existing service user base Utilise your business development skills to achieve growth targets (plans are in place to double the size of the existing service and expand the service geographically by opening new branches, so you could find yourself operating in a more senior managerial role before too long) Recruit, develop and manage a high-quality staff team (staff turnover is very low) Strive to achieve an Outstanding CQC rating.
