Purpose of the Role: A major project at Thales working within the Maritime Autonomous & Remote Systems Team (MMCM) require a keen and motivated Engineer skilled in IVVQ (ITEA). The MMCM Project is a complex system-of-systems incorporating Platform, SONAR/Sensors, Command and Control (C2), payload deployment, autonomy and communications. An experienced IVVQ engineer is needed to deliver the subsystem IVVQ strategies and associated acceptance & test plans to ensure successful overall system-level IVVQ. You will operate across the subsystem teams and work closely with the engineering leads, including industrial partners external to Thales. On occasions there will also be a requirement to work with the Project team based in France (Brest), as well as supporting activities at offsite locations in the UK.
