The ideal candidate will be passionate about food and hospitality, possess strong leadership skills, and have a proven track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences. Location : Dundee Responsibilities: Staff Management: -Create employee schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels. • Motivate and mentor team members to provide excellent service., • Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff. Operations Management: • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards., • Monitor food quality, portion sizes, and presentation., • Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed., • Implement and enforce health and safety protocols. Customer Service: • Interact with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns., • Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner., • Foster a positive dining experience for customers. Financial Management: • Monitor revenue, expenses, and profitability., • Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales and minimize costs., • Prepare and analyze financial reports. Marketing and Promotion: • Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and events., • Utilize social media and other platforms to attract customers and build brand awareness. Compliance: • Ensure compliance with local regulations, including health and safety standards, liquor laws, and labor laws., • Maintain accurate records and documentation.
