🖥️ Infrastructure Engineer (Tier 1) 💰 £30k + 5% bonus 📍 Abingdon (4 days on site, 1 day at home) My Product Path is partnered with a global life safety organisation to recruit a Tier 1 Infrastructure Engineer joining an expanding team and supporting on-premise infrastructure and end-user technologies across the business. If you enjoy problem-solving, working with customers, and making a real impact, this could be the perfect next step for you. 🔧 What You’ll Do In this customer-facing role, you’ll provide first-line support across the infrastructure environment, including: • Supporting on-premise infrastructure such as switches, wireless networks, and Windows Server roles (AD, DNS, DHCP)., • Maintaining and troubleshooting end-user devices: laptops, mobile devices, printers, and meeting room equipment., • Assisting with backup and disaster recovery solutions using Veeam., • Ensuring accurate, detailed documentation of systems and support tickets., • Applying security best practices across on-premise systems., • Managing and escalating tickets as needed, keeping users informed throughout the process. 🌟 What You Bring We’re looking for someone who is: • Curious, proactive, and eager to take on challenges., • Collaborative and respectful of diverse perspectives., • Confident in making decisions and taking ownership., • Accountable, reliable, and motivated by delivering excellent service., • Inclusive and professional in every interaction.
