Work closely with the Van Centre Manager to address staffing, training requirements, and performance metrics. Conduct fault diagnosis and carry out necessary repairs on vehicles. Perform scheduled servicing to maintain vehicles at an exceptional standard. Take part in the call-out and roadside assistance rota when required. Utilize diagnostic tools and technology to identify and resolve issues accurately. Complete routine safety checks and report any corrective actions needed. Accurately record all work completed on job cards.
