We are looking for a dynamic and reliable Front of House team member to join our French artisan bakery (Muswell Hill & Holloway Road) We are looking for someone who understands hospitality, cares about detail, and wants to be part of a growing independent business. Boulangerie Pierre Alix is a family-run French artisan bakery with two shops in North London. We bake on site (Muswell Hill) with traditional methods, and we care deeply about quality, atmosphere and customer experience. Your role You will: • Deliver warm, attentive and efficient customer service, • Manage coffee service to a high standard, • Maintain a clean and organised shop floor, • Follow opening and closing procedures with precision, • Actively contribute to the energy and atmosphere of the shop We are looking for someone able to work independently, take responsibility and support the team during busy services.
