Industry experience in cell culture and the generation of stable mammalian cell lines for antibody or biologics expression. Experience with genome engineering technologies such as CRISPR-based cell engineering. Strong knowledge of molecular biology techniques including cloning, ddPCR and plasmid construction. Hands-on experience with flow cytometry/FACS and single-cell cloning systems. Experience working with laboratory and IT systems such as electronic lab notebooks, Office tools and molecular biology software such as SnapGene or Geneious.
