We are a busy, independent community pharmacy in Worthing looking to recruit a Pharmacy Dispenser to join our growing team. This role would suit someone with some pharmacy dispensing experience who is keen to develop their skills in a supportive, well-organised environment. Key responsibilities • Dispensing NHS and private prescriptions accurately, • Labelling, assembling and checking prescriptions, • Managing stock and orders, • Supporting the pharmacist with day-to-day dispensary operations, • Providing friendly, professional service to patients, • Working in line with SOPs and pharmacy regulations About you Essential: • Some experience working as a pharmacy dispenser (UK), • Good attention to detail and organisation, • Ability to work calmly in a busy environment, • Professional, reliable, and team-oriented Desirable (but not essential): • NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services (or willingness to work towards it), • Experience using ProScript, • Interest in developing further within community pharmacy What we offer • Competitive salary based on experience, • Supportive and respectful working environment, • Training and development opportunities, • Opportunity to grow with an expanding independent pharmacy UK right to work required.
