Nursery Deputy Manager - 8672 Location: Fleet, Hampshire Salary: £30,000 – £32,000 per annum Hours: Full-Time or Part-Time | Permanent A well-established, family-run nursery in Fleet is seeking an experienced and passionate Deputy Manager to join their leadership team. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a key role within a highly regarded early years setting that has been part of the local community since 2009 and is rated Good by Ofsted. The Setting Located conveniently in the centre of Fleet, this flagship nursery cares for up to 110 children aged 3 months to 4 years in a warm, welcoming and homely environment. The nursery prides itself on delivering high-quality early years education and fostering strong relationships with families and the wider community. The Role As Deputy Manager, you will work closely with the Nursery Manager to lead and inspire a team of over 30 early years professionals. You will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations of the nursery, ensuring exceptional standards of care, compliance, and curriculum delivery. While primarily a supernumerary role, you will be hands-on when needed, leading by example and supporting the team within ratio where required.
