Preschool Manager • Annual Salary: To be discussed, • Location: To be specified, • Job Type: Term-time only (32 hours per week) Day-to-day of the role: • Actively participate in daily activities, ensuring inclusion in staff ratios., • Lead by example, maintaining high standards of care, learning, and safeguarding., • Oversee the preparation and compliance for Ofsted inspections., • Manage occupancy levels and staff ratios effectively., • Act as a Key Worker for a group of children, ensuring their individual needs are met., • Utilise an online childcare management platform to streamline operations and maintain records., • Minimum Level 3 Childcare Qualification (Level 4 or 5 desirable)., • At least 2 years’ management experience in an under-5s childcare setting., • Strong working knowledge of Ofsted legislation and inspection processes., • Proficient in safeguarding practices (minimum Level 3)., • Experience with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and Early Years Grant funding applications., • Demonstrated ability to lead a team during Ofsted inspections and ensure compliance., • Competitive salary., • Opportunities for professional development and training., • Supportive and fun working environment.
