You will be joining a Regional Director who has regular referrals coming from accountancy practices and existing clients, which he will be able to share across the team of Financial Advisors. The team enjoy working on clients / cases collectively together, which enables you to focus on specialist areas if appropriate. Their clients typically consist of Business Owners, Entrepreneurs, HNW clients and numerous individuals with agricultural connections. About The Role Engineered to Protect, thats our promise, we protect what matters - our nations, our waters, our land, our cities, our people, our environment, our world.You will take responsibility for the electrical design and development of our products. You will explore all aspects of the development lifecycle, engineering analysis, requirements analysis, design, implementation, test, build and product support. Electrical Engineer will be based at our Barnstaple site. This role allows for flexible working with 3 days being onsite. The salary for this role is up to £50k, depending on experience. Whatyoullbedoing Design, analyse, and implement advanced electrical systems and components for defence applications, including sonar, communications, power distribution, and control systems Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to integrate electrical subsystems into larger defence platforms (e.g. ships, weapons systems, communications equipment), ensuring functional compatibility and performance Ensure all designs meet rigorous defence, safety, and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) standards, including MIL-STD, DEF STAN, and other regulatory requirements Conduct testing, validation, and qualification of electrical systems under military operating conditions to verify reliability, durability, and mission-readiness Produce clear and detailed technical documentation including schematics, design reviews, test reports, and support for certification and audits Diagnose and resolve electrical system issues in both development and in-service equipment, providing engineering support throughout the product lifecycle, including upgrades and obsolescence management About our company At SEA, we develop and deliver advanced solutions to make our world safer, cleaner and more efficient.
