    tatic Security Officer – Bar Hill, Cambridge We are currently looking for a full time Static Security Officer to join our expanding Team in Bar Hill, Cambridge. Ideal candidates will be able to demonstrate a high level of professionalism and excellent customer service skills. We require candidates with previous security experience but full training will also be provided. Working hours This role will include nightshifts and weekend work. Monday - Thursday Friday - Sunday Due to the nature of this role the successful candidate will need to complete a full 5 years' employment/educational references, a DBS check. These will need to be completed before the successful candidate can start the role. Ideal candidates will be able to demonstrate: · Strong communication skills, both verbal and written · Must hold a valid Frontline Security Guarding or Door Supervision Licence · Excellent customer service skills · Assertiveness and confidence to deal with adhoc situations. · Ability to work on own initiative as well as being a team player. · Competent using CCTV and other monitoring equipment. · Candidate must be computer literate. . Candidate must live close to site. As a Static Security Officer, you will be responsible for: · Access control duties. · Maintaining the safety and security of the premises by conducting regular security patrols and checks, in accordance with Assignment Instructions, Standard Operating Procedures and Premises Security Manual. · Responsible for securing and opening the premises as part of daily operational procedures. · Ensuring all health and safety policies are adhered to. · In addition to these functions, employees are required to undertake any other duties as reasonably required.
