Personal Specifications • Proven experience in the medical devices sector in a commercial role, or experience within a high-volume manufacturing environment., • Demonstrated experience in leading, managing, and developing a team of product development scientists., • Technical qualification in chemistry, engineering, materials science, or a related discipline., • Experience in conducting face-to-face meetings with customers and stakeholders., • Strong track record of delivering product development projects on time and within budget., • Sales and/or marketing experience in a technical or related industry is advantageous., • Experience in product development and/or product management within a technical industry., • Working knowledge of industry standards and procedures relevant to medical devices is desirable., • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with all levels of the customer base and within FMP/CliniMed., • Flexible and adaptable, able to reprioritise tasks in response to changing demands., • Ability to work effectively under pressure., • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and positive in approach., • Proficient in using standard computer applications and tools
