SEN Learning Support Assistant Winchester OR Basingstoke £13.75 per hour | Term Time Only | Monday- Friday We are looking for caring and committed SEN Learning Support Assistants to join schools in the Winchester or Basingstoke areas. You will be supporting children and young people aged 4-17 with a range of Special Educational Needs, including learning, behavioural, and communication needs. Roles are based in one location only (either Winchester or Basingstoke) - you will not be required to work across both areas. Once you apply, we’ll discuss your experience, age-group preferences, and SEN interests so we can match you with the school that suits you. We work with a variety of settings, meaning no two roles are the same. Winchester Area You may be supporting children and young people aged 4-11 with a range of additional and complex learning needs, including autism, communication needs, and sensory differences. Support is provided within a calm, structured, and supportive school environment. Basingstoke Area You may be working with students aged 7-19 who have a range of Social, Emotional and Mental Health, as well as autism and associated behavioural needs. The focus is on building positive relationships, supporting emotional wellbeing, and helping students access learning successfully.
